Check-in process needs improvement!!! No hot water during stay was incredibly frustrating!!! Staff explanation about shower issues lacked clarity!!! Longer wait times at the front desk would be best avoided!!!

We faced significant inconvenience when we arrived at the hotel. there was no one at the front desk to check us in. After waiting several minutes, I had to go back outside to unload our luggage, and only then did someone show up to assist. Additionally, when checking out, again, no one was at the desk, which was frustrating and left a sour taste about the service.

my stay exceeded expectations! the staff was friendly and attentive, especially during breakfast. the room was clean and spacious, making it a perfect retreat after a long day in town.

The staff was amazing! They made breakfast so cheerful with freshly baked pastries and a great selection. Just wished the Wi-Fi had better speed during peak hours. 😅

It was just a balanced option for a flash visit in Athens with great value-to-price ratio. The bathroom lighting was the best I've seen in many hotels, making mornings easier. For a quick meal, check out the restaurant next door for a nice discount with your room key.

The spacious lobby and comfortable seating areas were inviting, making it easy for seniors to relax. The accessible features, such as ramps and elevators, made my stay enjoyable and stress-free.

Improve soundproofing between rooms for better rest.

The Holiday Inn Express provided a comfortable environment with a clean and spacious room. The staff was exceptionally courteous, assisting me with my business needs, including facilitating connections to the meeting room equipped with audio/visual equipment. The breakfast selection was ample, featuring hot options that energized my mornings, making my work trip seamless.

The Wi-Fi connection was occasionally slow during peak hours.

Incredible staff, lovely stay.

the holiday inn express has a fantastic location, just walking distance from several good chain restaurants. our room was super clean, and the beds were really comfortable. the breakfast was especially great, with two kinds of omelets and delicious sauces. the staff was friendly and energetic, making our stay even better. we loved the indoor pool and fitness center too!
